Uno stile inconfondibile quello di Porsche Design, che quest’anno amplia il proprio portfolio Eyewear con novità di grande fascino nel mondo degli occhiali da vista e da sole, proposte esclusive destinate a lasciare il segno in questa edizione di Mido 2014 a cui ho avuto il piacere di partecipare.

Stile e Design saranno i protagonisti dell’esclusivo evento Iconic Party. Un’ occasione imperdibile per farsi sedurre dal fascino senza tempo del mondo Porsche Design. Cocktail, musica e una collezione davvero "cool " hanno conquistato tutti gli ospiti.

Porsche Design e Rodenstock a Mido 2014 hanno presentato le novità di quest’anno, undici nuove proposte da sole e otto da vista, per una collezione che vede protagoniste montature eleganti dedicate alla donna e modelli straordinari pensati per gli amanti dello stile più essenziale. Grande ritorno per gli Iconics Porsche Design con i modelli ispirati al leggendario occhiale da sole Yoko Ono, così chiamato perché indossato e reso famoso nel 1979 dall’artista. Protagonisti della collezione anche i modelli della linea Vibe-Rance, una linea di occhiali da sole colorata e all’avanguardia che riflette le tendenze e lo stile di oggi senza rinunciare all'eleganza senza tempo del mondo Porsche Design. Tra le novità di Mido 2014 non può mancare il design unico della linea Smart Bionic, modelli da sole e da vista che combinano con classe ed eleganza l’ingegnoso design tedesco con la leggerezza e la flessibilità dei materiali high-tech.

A unique style is the main feature of Porsche Design , which this year expands its portfolio with new Eyewear great charm in the world of glasses and sunglasses, different options intended to make their mark in this edition of Mido 2014 in which I had the pleasure to participate.
Style and Design were the protagonists of the exclusive event Iconic Party . A ' wonderful opportunity to be captivated by the timeless charm of the world of Porsche Design. Cocktails, music and a really cool collection let all guests enjoy the party .

Porsche Design and Rodenstock  presented at Mido 2014 , eleven new sunglasses proposals, and eight  glasses, for a collection that features stylish frames dedicated to the woman and extraordinary models designed for lovers of the most essential style . Great return for the "Iconics" by Porsche Design models inspired by the legendary Yoko Ono sunglasses , so called because worn and made ​​famous in 1979 by the artist. Starring the collection also includes the models of the Vibe-Rance, a colorful line of sunglasses that reflects the trends and today's style with the elegance of the timeless world of Porsche Design. Among the news of Mido 2014 the unique design of the Smart line Bionic, sunglasses and eyeglasses that combine elegance and class with the ingenious German design with the lightness and flexibility of high-tech materials .

Ci sono pochi regali che  a mio avviso arricchiscono davvero.

There are few gifts that I consider as enriching ones .
I admit I do not use tablet for reading books ,  that's why I like to call myself "a lover of paper" ..
and also of bookstores and libraries, places where I love to spend my leisure time.
However thanks to holidays I admit I had the time to walk among the shelves full of emotions and stories. I was conquered  by Saviano's, that as you can see from the shot I already  read and ruined , and by Agassi 's book that I look forward to read, especially because I was struck by the fact that a champion like him hate the job that gave him success and satisfactions .

PORSCHE DESIGN EVENT @TRIENNALE , MILANO

Hello beauties! 

In this post I would like to share with you some of the pics taken on the 7th of May in Milano at Triennale for the event organized by Porsche Design.

The afternoon was divided in two parts, infact at first they offer us the chance to discover something more on "design's world" with the guided tour of the museum and then we went to the Design cafe where some experts explained us that the mayor aim of the luxury brand was not only a beautiful design but also functionality.

Lightness and high tech materials characterize the different models from the original style to elegant one, ideal for any occasion.

After the presentation we enjoyed an exquisite aperitif, talked, tried out our favorite models and of course shooted pictures.

I would like to thank Elisabeth Sinisi from Silk and Scissors as with her my days are always the funniest, and the staff for the invitation.

Buongiorno fanciulle!

In questo post ho deciso di condividere con voi alcune delle foto scattate il 7 maggio, in Triennale a Milano, in occasione dell'evento organizzato da Porsche Design.

Il pomeriggio è stato sostanzialmente diviso in due parti, durante la prima ci è stata offerta la possibilità di scoprire qualcosa di più sul mondo del design, attraverso una visita guidata alla mostra "La Sindrome dell'influenza" mentre durante la seconda parte del pomeriggio alcuni esperti ci hanno una presentato in modo preciso e dettagliato  tutte le imperdibili novità del brand Porsche Design eyewear.

Porsche Design è un luxury brand in licenza Rodenstock, la cui filosofia evoca un mondo dal gusto ricercato ed elegante, che si legge attraverso una tecnologia innovativa, nei materiali high tech utilizzati, nel design perfetto e nelle forme classiche dei nuovi modelli 2013.

La grande novità della linea sole Porsche Design è rappresentata dall'atteso ritorno del leggendario modello P8508, oggi disponibile in tre nuove varietà di lenti per una speciale edizione estiva-tobacco brown, windsor wine e maiolica blue.

Dopo la presentazione abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di gustare uno squisito aperitivo al Design Café, di provare le nuove proposte del marchio e ovviamente di scattare qualche foto.

Vorrei ringraziare Elisabeth Sinisi di Silk and Scissors, per aver reso la giornata perfetta, e lo staff per l'invito.

RODENSTOCK EVENT @RODEXPO'

Hello beauties!

In this post I would like to share with you some of the pics taken in Bollate, (Milan), during Mido 2013, at "RodExpo" for the event organized by Rodenstock.

The day started with a general explanation on Rodenstock's world, german market leader from 130 years.  Glasses made by Rodenstock are created with a particular system called "Better Vision" with a frame that match perfectly with the lenses. 

Rodenstock has got a commercial license for brand as Dunhill London, Mercedes Benz, Porsche Design.

At the end of the event we had the chance to choose our favorite frame and take some pictures.

A special thanks to the Rodenstock's staff for welcoming me, and to the the girls that shared with me this experience.

In questo post ho deciso di condividere con voi le foto scattate in occasione del Mido 2013, all' evento Rodenstock presso il "RodExpo'" allestimento creato al di fuori del circuito fieristico.

Dopo il mio rocambolesco arrivo, posso affermare con tranquillità che conservo un ricordo positivo della giornata; infatti è stata fatta una introduzione precisa e accurata sul "mondo" Rodenstock, leader di mercato in Germania da più di un secolo e uno dei più grandi produttori mondiali di lenti.

Gli occhiali Rodenstock sono creati seguendo un sistema particolare, chiamato "Better vision", che si propone di fornire al consumatore non solo montature e lenti, ma addirittura di produrre montature fatte apposta per le lenti. Durante la giornata ci sono state mostrate prodotti frutto di partnership riuscite con successo con brand del calibro di Porsche Design, Dunhill London, Mercedes Benz e Baldessarini.

Durante l'ultima parte dell'evento abbiamo scambiato quattro chiacchiere e dopo il brunch offertoci abbiamo scelto con l'aiuto di un'esperta la montatura che si adattasse meglio al nostro viso, e poi tutte insieme a scattare foto!

Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff Rodenstock per l'accoglienza perfetta che ci è stata riservata e alle blogger che hanno partecipato all'evento rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.
